Wilson has probably spent more time in the box than on the ice

Isles are just a well coached and well rounded team that buys into what Trotz is sellin.

If Varlamov can just be steady, they can do some damage.

Does anyone know why SN doesn't have a feed for the Washington game? Pacific, West, Ontario and East all have the stupid Canucks. What is going one?

Interesting, I don't think I have ever seen hockey, or any sports, on FX. Good to know.

Caps and Pens have quite a lot in common. Recently won the Cup, now struggling in the playoffs their captains are not getting much help. Getting iffy goaltending.

I don't understand why people think that Washington isn't invested. It isn't a lack of effort. They're just being outplayed and outcoached.

Perfect message from Trotz has always been work harder than they're skill and we will win.

Isles are just so much more committed to the little details.
Caps showboat and pay for it. In fact Caps really are a one trick pony and oppostions have caught on.

Checking for offside though.

Unbelievable awareness by Barzal to keep his skate on the line for that goal.

Bye Capitals.

Barzal scores the OT winner. Isles up 3-0 over the Capitals.

Not that surprised, but I'm shocked that the Caps are rolling over so easily. Isles have that playoff swagger now. Might go all the way to the cup if they keep this up.

Holtby's gotta poke check that? Or is it happening too fast?

Wow, up 3-0. Definitely surprising to me that the Caps are facing elimination down 3 zip. Not having Backstrom is a big hit.
