Default Selling Season Tickets Through Flames Account?

Maybe I'm completely dense, and if so I apologize. They've changed the season ticket account layout, and I can't find any way to list my tickets for sale. Have they done away with that option? I still see tickets listed on NHL ticket exchange, so someone is listing them, but I can't figure out how to do so with mine.

Sarcastic comments about user error and any hints would be appreciated.

Also - if this isn't the right place I apologize, wasn't sure which forum was appropriate.

I tried listing pre season through the mobile app and it just gave me an error. On the web it appears hidden. I had to click on the "suite" option (do they mean sell?) and it took me to the old style website where I was able to list my tickets like in the past. Still a few bugs to work out I guess.

I contacted my rep yesterday, and he did say next week. However you are right, some people have tickets listed for sale. I checked a few other people in my section who sell tickets, and theirs are listed. (So it isn't just the Flames listing them- or something like that.)

It seems that the Bulk Transfer doesn't work either. I want to be able to transfer 1/4 season to someone all in one shot instead of entering their info for every single game.

Right now all the listing on ticket exchange, are the flames trying to sell tickets before single game sales...to make more money.

It's not very intuitive, but after you login, click on Tickets and then click on Transfer.


You should be able to select the games you want to transfer and then click Next.


One minor inconvenience though, I wasn't able to select from my previous address book. I had to add the person again.

The only ones I see in my section are from people who last year had a lot of their tickets up for sale. So unless all of those people cancelled and nobody else picked them up; which I don't see happening.

Edit- just got an email from my rep. Apparently the selling feature was on early by accident, and some people jumped on it.

I came here to see what the issue is. Can’t transfer or list preseason tickets yet. I’m assuming the Flames are trying to sell the tickets they have available before the market is flooded with resale tickets at reduced prices.

An email was sent out in August to confirm your address for the STH package so I assume a package is still coming.

I got my STH package today. Came with 5 thick cardboard hockey card type things for the five players "whose names are in the rafters" and 2 lapel pins.

I still can't list my regular season seats for sale though. Frustrating. Will have to call if still not up tomorrow.

Got mine as well. Then, 4 hours later, got an email from CanadaPost, offering to track the package through delivery.

Even when they deliver things on time, they still #### up!

Got mine today too, with no notice. About 4 hours after delivery I get a notification from Canada Post that a label for my tickets was created. LOL
