How do ratings for players signed by NHL teams during the season (who are not rated/under-rated) work? Do they get a playable rating for the year, or is it just basically holding his rights.
If they have no rating they get 50s across the board. This allows us to hold firm of not adjusting ratings in-season or adjusting ratings that we receive in the package we use. So they get 50s.
So really about holding rights.
