Not sure what the problem is. This team isn't very good. They're not making the playoffs.

Tonight was actually a really entertaining game, they lost, another nail in the coffin before they sell everything. I don't understand why anyone hates this result, unless they actually think this team is good enough to make the playoffs.

No elite talent, terrible PP. Not going to get you far in the NHL.

Lindholm playing like he does in the playoffs. Useless and devaluing.

Why can't they play 60 minutes hockey? Bad start against the Oil and then they blow a 3-1 to the Blues. Maddening!

I wasn't going to watch tonight but changed my mind when Schwindt was called up.

Another pathetic self-inflicted loss.

Flames multiple chances to win go up 4-1 in the second, Backlund miss was terrible.
One bobble by Weeger and it's a one goal game and seemed inevitable as it gave Blues life.

Another loss in the Blastys, just like 1997-03.

It’s going nowhere fast. No real point in getting hopes up. They are not consistent enough.

Have a plan Conroy and execute it. Don’t let them fool you.

I was sure we had this game in the bag. Then the PP happened, and we forgot how to play in the 3rd.

That's too bad because there were a lot of good chances for the Flames tonight. I thought Coronato had several good chances in front of the net. Huberdeau setup Lindholm and Sharangovich, and had a breakaway himself.

Backlund, Sharangovich, and Anderssson had the goalie beat but ran out of real estate.

We need to find a way to fix the 3rd pairing. Perhaps go back to Weegar - Oesterle, and Gilbert - Andersson.

It's not the loss, it's the manner in which they lost.

Can we fast forward to the TD already? Then straight to the draft

I can't take anymore blow it up. Call up the worst goalie you can find, do your best to dupe any takers into thinking Markstrom is their guy.

Saturday is the last game before the Flames mandated week off followed by the ASG. Next game is the 6th of February. Team can look extremely different by then.

Leading by 2 goals with less than 5 minutes to play in the 2nd period only to lose in regulation with less than a minute to go. Pretty terrible way to lose a game.

I think the UFA's can score 1st. As for the NMC guys. Coleman is having his best season ever and is a cup champ. Markstrom with salary retained can snag a 1st.

This team cannot score, pure and simple.

I don’t know what can we do except hope the wheels fall off from now on. Keep losing for the future.

I wish Yegor would actually stop the puck and fire a wrist shot on the PP on those cross ice passes from Huberdeau. He does not seem to have a one timer slapshot and I think he is actually a good enough shooter to flat out beat a goalie from 30 feet.
