Love the Boomers and the Radz shirts...but my size is all gone! I’ll keep an eye out for a size refill!
My shirt size when I saw them live was different!

yeah my recollection was 6'4 that seems to bear out with that program where 13 of 20 players were 6'4 including the brilliantly named House Guest !

I wouldn't get your hopes up, I believe I came across this site last fall and all the same shirts that were out of stock then are out of stock now.

I do and he honestly looked like a man among boys. I also saw Danny Tartabull hit a 9th inning walkoff, which for a young Slava was pretty awesome!

Yeah he was only up here for a brief period but I made it out to see him a couple times - as he already had a lot of hype. You could see how talented he was, including in the field.
Junior never made it to Calgary sadly.
The Cannon I really remember watching a lot though was Tino Martinez. When I think of the Cannons - he's the name that comes to mind.

He had a fine pub by the University.

yeah I remember feeling quite cheated about Junior, but obviously AAA wasn't in the cards for him
my years in the park were mostly the first 2-4 years of existence, and I guess the guys who became the biggest pros I remember were Edgar (parts of 4 seasons in Calgary I think, pretty stunning for a HOFer), Tartabull and Reynolds...Mickey Brantley always seemed like a big deal to me, but didn't make a huge splash in the majors

I remember watching Tartabull, Tino & Edgar Martinez and Omar Vizquel. I had a Junior Cannons hat autographed by Vizquel until the flood destroyed it. I think Griffey played here as part of an exhibition between the Mariners and Cannons but I may be imagining that.
Lots of good memories of the Mariners affiliation. Not so many of the revolving cast of parent teams after that: White Sox, Pirates and Marlins I believe before they left. We were kind of the last choice of AAA teams for whoever didn't sign a deal with somewhere more desirable.

Brett Boone was my canon of memory. Remember going to Seattle to see him out there. Cool experience in the old King Dome.
Except I went to see Griffey JR and he had a back injury that game. I was so sad. But got to see Randy Johnson pitch at least.

I was a huge Boomer fan as a kid. We had seasons tickets. Franz Gerber, Jorgen Christiansen, Jurgen Stars, Thunderfoot Zimmerman... That was a lot of fun.
Would love to see a Calgary Expos shirt

Can anyone comment on the quality of T-shirts they use? That's literally make or break for me. If it's the "order 200 $3 tees and screen print stuff on them" model that a lot of internet companies use then I'll pass.
But if they're decent to excellent quality then I'll grab something for sure. Nothing worse than crappy, bargain bin shirt quality with cool concepts/ideas on them.

Haha, plus $15 shipping for a site that is only based on local teams/establishments. I didn't mean that as flippantly as it sounded, but I'm a "I'll pay for quality" guy and I would expect very good quality at $45 for a T-shirt.
