I guess that's one way to lose a few pounds before hitting the scales at training camp, fool them into thinking you've been working your ass off all summer.

Remember when infecting yourself with a tape work was a thing?

It reminds me of the time I had worms in me... took the doctors 2-3 months to figure out I had worms in me after doing xrays and stuff. I even had to do a colonoscopy, tube down my throat and another one where the sun don't shine. Thank god i chose to be passed out for it.

Had a very deep cleanse after that.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Diphyllobothrium
Fish that is thoroughly cooked, brined, or frozen at -10 °C for 24–48 hours can be consumed without risk of D. latum infection

https://www.albertahealthservices.ca...sushi-prep.pdf
To serve raw, must be frozen at -20 for 7 days, or -35 for 15 hours, or the fish must have been fed pelletized feed, or must be various types of tuna.
