Calling Man City the "best club in the world" is choosing to ignore how they've actually looked this year, cause they haven't even looked close to that. If one is choosing to give them that title they are doing so by acclamation and not by how they currently look. So the way Arsenal played today is about giving Man City the respect that Man City, frankly, don't deserve right now. Sure they could have tried to play more open and lost, but they also could have delivered a meaningful win that kept them in control of the race. Instead, they now need help from others. No risk-it, no biscuit and such.

Also it looks as though some of Haaland's talent has been recalled to his Home Planet.
He looks like a shadow of the guy who was scoring for fun against all opponents.

He's an elite finisher
If there's one skill to have that's it, but when he's not scoring he's not noticable, city look better a lot of the time with alvarez up top alone
It's why pep wanted Kane

You should want Kane to go to City because they’d stop winning things!

I dont know if even Kane's Voodoo is strong enough to stop City.
They'd just stump up some cash and bribe whatever deity needs bribing.

Also, when did Manchester United relocate to Tyneside and become Newcastle?

I’m not so sure about that. Kane’s voodoo looks like it is on the verge of ending Neverkusen. That’s as strong as it gets!

While City may not currently deserve the level of respect earned by being the undisputed best club in the World, they most certainly deserve the respect of a club being able to win a match in an a single instant. High risk is high reward but isn't necessarily wise.

Famous last words and all, but Man City aren't a threat for the title, they aren't even close to as good as they've been in previous years. Years past the second the got in front in the race they'd go on a run. This year they got in front and drew at home to possibly the worst Chelsea team of the PL era. Race is down to Liverpool and Arsenal.

Like that defending was just hilarious. Pretty much their only goal threat, and you let him basically walk in freely off a short corner? Good ####.

might as well go ahead and sack ten Hag now. It's inevitable anyway, but getting a single point out of consecutive games where they had the lead DEEP into stoppage time is unforgivable.
and while they're at it, might as well fire half of the team into the sun as well. Thanks

Now. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong, because while I thought it was hilarious, did anyone else feel that Penalty call against United was weak-sauce as all hell?
I watched it. I saw the replays and I thought that was baby-poop soft.
And the winner? Hi-larious. United just gave up. 'Controller Disconnected.'
I thought it was going to be a 3-3 draw on a soft-as-hell Pen. And then that nonsense happened.
