For me Soderbergh peaked with The Limey and Out of Sight. The former is, in my view, perfect.

Which makes me think of another great couple of movies that are pretty perfect for what they are, Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels and Snatch.

You should track down 'The Long Good Friday' it is the starting point for all of those

Best actual depiction of war film is Black Hawk Down.

Black Hawk Down suffered from the theatrical release being 'meh' and the director's cut elevating it. It was a problem with the era, as epics like Troy or Kingdom of Heaven were almost unwatchable in the theatrical cut.

Once studios started screwing things up at the production level instead of the editing level, the need to hunt down a superior copy diminished.

Black Hawk Down also suffered as a movie by adhering so closely to its source material, its is damn near a docudrama, but while it made for a realistic movie it never made for much of a story for anyone who wasn't a military buff.

Better story I would agree, but for a clinical depiction of squad tactics BHD is about as accurate as Riddley Scott could make it.

Seven
Saving Private Ryan.

Dunkirk. Biggest let down in the theatre for me since Matrix 2.

There's a bunch that I've watched two or three times, but the list of movies I watch regularly is pretty small:

A Few Good Men
Inglourious Basterds
Definitely, Maybe
Love, Actually (every Christmas)
Raiders of the Lost Ark
Usual Suspects
High Fidelity
Se7en
Bourne Ultimatum
Superbad
My Cousin Vinny

That's about all I can think of off the top of my head right meow. These are movies I watch at least once a year.
Nice list. I would add Jaws and The Departed.

Jaws is great, the Departed wouldn't even be close to my first choice of a Scorsace film

Margin Call - Absolutely nails a large company corporate setting and how everyone acts/survives in it.

Hot take alert:

My nomination for the perfect reboot of a nearly perfect original film: Blade Runner 2049.

Nah, Godfather II, has there ever been a list of great sequels that doesn't name this as the best sequel ever made?
