Does anyone know if there are any differences regarding the HC jersey's sold at the CGY store and Sportcheck (online)
CGY store with name is $309.99
SC online with name $259.99
https://www.sportchek.ca/categories/...%5Bcolor%5D=10
Thanks in advance

Going to assume the name/numbers aren't stitched but instead heat pressed but honestly don't know.

I ordered a blank one because I noticed on the reveal pictures that the numbers were the cheap ones. Glad to see I can send it away to be done properly and get nice lettering on it.

What is the actual drive time from Calgary to Regina? Google is giving me 7.5 hours.

If you don't mind bending the speed limit a bit on the flats (think 120-125 average) you could do it in ~6 hours-ish. My last drive thataway (10 yrs ago about) got me on of my last tickets at 136, but I have passed patrol cars at 128-130 without the lights coming on

Yeah, I would NOT recommend trying to pass Saskatchewan RCMP at 128-130.

From my house in SE Regina to Stoney Trail, without stops, is 6.5 hrs, going 130.
Weather is gorgeous today!! 15 degrees and sunny! Next week is trending to be around 0, but hopefully the wind stays away.
Safe travels to everybody coming here!

As well as patrol cars, I would recommend that you look out for cameras - we managed to get 3 tickets last time we travelled across Sask: 2 from cameras and 1 from a patrol car. The game has changed in the last few years... automation inevitably creeps in 😫

Watch for cameras along Ring Road in Regina, one just within Moose Jaw, and I believe another in Swift.
If you have a radar detector, 130km is good. if you stay at 125km/h without one you'll be okay too.
I do the drive probably 6-7 times a year, and have never been pulled over

I am coming from Whitecourt, so she's about a 10 hour drive!
I am assuming, hopefully correctly, that they will be selling jerseys at the game?
Will they be the official NHL quality Jerseys does anyone know?

They have Gaudreau ones at both Sport Chek's here, but that was a week ago. I'm not sure if they've been picked up since...
I would think they would have some being sold at the stadium.

Anybody have any luck or tips on accommodations at this late stage?? My plans were all set to go but than some things came up with some friends and some of their personal lives so they fell through.
Now a few other friends might be down to go and we are putting in some plans but I think the biggest road block will be the hotels and condo situation.
If anybody has any cancellations on their hotel, please post here or PM me. Thanks!

Check Moose jaw, about 45 minutes to the stadium and on the Calgary side of Regina so an easier drive home.

I haven't really looked really close but from all reports via online and in the media, its my understanding that Regina, Moose Jaw and even White City is sold out??
I guess first I need to figure out if I am going to go with all the guys and than I am going to have to plan where to stay.
Thanks!
