This 4th offical has lost control on sidelines. There's been a lot of scrums on the side and in the field that the feed is ignoring.
It was offside.
Herdman needed to make the changes he did at half or earlier, not 20 mins in. Cavalinni and Kaye were paperweights out there.

I'm watching the feed on Paramount+ in the USA and there was absolutely no doubt that when the cross was made, Larin was about a foot past the second to last defender.
