The instant pot makes excellent stock. I can fit two or three chicken carcasses in there, throw in a few onions, carrots, celery and some water, and pressure cook for about an hour.

I've been using my Ultra since it came out back in May. We love it as well, as shift workers to create quick meals and stuff. Some things are hit and miss, I still do rice in a pot because I have not for the life of me made it good in the instant pot. If I can find some of my favorite recipes in it, I will post them up. Yogurt is really good in it too.

Nice, now the thread title is about instant pot cooking! Baked goods will also be worthy of a thread. Having them in an instant, well that's something special.

Use our instant pot weekly. Great for soup, but dang, any veggies you put in it are instant mush the second it gets pressurized. Makes it tough to do stews, etc, in it with anything other than a mushroom or potato
