Help with blocking Google DNS on router

Oh man, this stupid router, so can anyone figure out how I can add the 2 Google DNS to my firewall settings on HUAWEI HG659.

So the issue is my Chromecast automatically has the 2 google DNS and I need to block it on my router to use 2 other DNS that I need to specifically use

The problem is, this is the Firewall screen I am faced with...

Unlike the older version, I cannot see anywhere that I can add something to the Firewall to block. Arghh, any ideas?

This is what I need to do.. Could my ISP be providing a basic router admin panel that is hiding the advanced settings?

Found it, the stupid ISP had blocked some advanced features, which I have now.

Did you have to contact your ISP and tell them to stop dicking around, or did you find a workaround that you could share?

Huawei? Don't worry, it is all being routed through China anyway.
