I'm interested to hear the players opinions on why playing at home is so vastly different. I bet a big part of the answer is outside of game time. I'm sensing not the same preparation is happening at home. Easier to prepare on the road when they're together without distractions.
Rittich didn't suck. The team defensive play sucked and he wasn't sharp.
The loss isn't on Rittich, but he wasn't making saves that would have kept the team in the game but at the same time, he didn't go all playoffs Elliott on the team. The entire team stunk in the 2nd, and Rittich was a part of that. The team continued to stink for much of the 3rd too.
