Default Newbite Q - AHL Roster too big

Hi all

It appears i have a roster violation for an AHL team that is too big.

How do i go about handling this? Can i release players (i.e. old guys who aren't playing)?

thanks for the help

Trade the extra players for picks if you can, otherwise just buy out the players that you think won't make it, or you can't use.

You need to get to 24 players on your AHL

You have a little cap on your CPHL team and call up one of your 500K 23 and under players (move up and down without waivers) and sit him in the press box and that will lower it by one.

Several options are available,

1) Trade, look around and see if team(s) require AHLers to fill a hole. (i.e. trade block, use PM etc...)

2) GM can release players, note a fine is applicable. (link on your GM page, is where you release players).

3) AHLers can be called up to your CPHL team, however your CPHL cap space is tight.

Yeah, sometimes it takes a day or two. The watchdog won’t bite as long as you’ve done your part by releasing them.
