Who knows...Dallas beat St. Louis last week. Blues haven't won a game since March
Its hard to judge between series. Also, see my comment about different rules

No kidding, the first game they actually let the teams play but the last three have been stupid.

They have to stop going glove on him though. If there's no screen that's... maybe not an easy save, but easier than just about anywhere else.

Huh. I mean that's a penalty, but you're going to call that after letting everything else go? Still really stupid to put yourself in that position, but weird one.

There's that skate through trip, looked like a bit of a kick for more of a slewfoot even.
Gotta call that on Virtanen.

It is another clutch penalty kill for the Canucks.

I am really surprised by this series. Was sure STL would be up 2-0, not Vancouver. I really wish somebody, anybody, would rearrange Perrron’s face. Always has to get that extra dig or bump at the goalie.

Blues: "Oh, you want to sneak a guy in behind our D for a breakaway goal in Overtime? WELL TWO CAN PLAY AT THAT GAME."

About effin time Saint Louie.
Switching to Allen might spark the Blues here, as the Canucks looked to have Binnington's number.

Really enjoying the hockey analysis when it's Bieksa, Hrudey and Campbell. Love the breakdowns of all the hockey plays and a ton of knowledge being shared.

The Canucks have been relying on Markstrom too much in this series and he has been absolutely amazing. The Canucks have been a competitive team pushing an elite team in the Blues, but they need more depth as well as more toughness on the backend, where I think that they can occasionally be overwhelmed by the bigger teams.
Also, I find it strange that between the two teams the Canucks are likely the more likable team, especially with Perron being the exact type of player that the majority of fans hate.
Edit: Bieksa has been an amazing addition to the broadcast, he doesn't talk down to the viewer but still manages to share insight that the vast majority of fans wouldn't know. I can see him being a regular in the Don Cherry timeslot on Saturday nights - although I wonder if he would considering his earnings as a hockey player and the fact that he lives in California.
