Expect him to be resigned and demko probably moved at some point next year so hes not lost to seattle in the expansion draft

Petterson 11 points in 9 games
Hughes 9 points in 9 games
Horvat 8 points in 9 games
Miller 10 points in 9 games
Boeser 7 points in 9 games

Against the stingy Wild and defending champ Blues

Must be nice having your key players step up.

It certainly looked in...either way it wasn't some great defensive clinic it was either in or they got bailed out by Markstrom for the hundredth time in the game.

he was putting decent numbers in NYR. got buried behind a deep TB lineup.

Right!

I watched the whole game and they are set for a long time with those guys. It is night and day compared to the flames the last few games.

Horvat can drive play, Petterson is a superstar already and Hughes can skate with the best of them and has great vision. Then you add in Boeser who can score, man. I’m a little jealous.

Ya but that’s how it was the entire season for the Canucks. Markstrom was named their MVP at seasons end for this reason.

All of the canucks fans I used to know have faded away, so I am happy I don't have to deal with any obnoxious ones anymore. Though if the canucks have a resurgence they may come back out of the woodwork...

Are you blond? Or blind? Or just an authoritarian who can't be objective?

Make Anything I Believe In Great Again? Who cares about the facts? Watch the replay and stop your homerism, dude.

Impressive result with both Myers and Edler out (still wincing about the skate to the head - scary). But with goaltending like that, I suppose they don't really need a top pairing.

Blues still win in seven.

Yeah having a great goaltender covers up a lot of sins. That said the Canucks were in the third without two of their top 3 defensemen so some of that is understandable. Seriously though the Canucks really do miss the big body of Myers there in order to clear the net and provide for a solid defensive presence.

Nothing wrong with a goalie who plays for the Vancouver Canucks bailing out the same Vancouver Canucks.

taking me out of context...the guy was saying how great the Canucks were defending at the end there. They weren't doing anything special other than the goalie

Goalie is part of the team always
