Update - it seems that EBGames has cancelled the order as well. No sign of the SKU or release date in their system. So I trolled around some online sites, and ended up finding them on Amazon.com. I was skeptical that these would ship to Canada, but they do. The shipping and customs is going to cost as much as one of the guitars, but I did end up getting two. Delivery should be today or Monday.
Stupid MadCatz.
Anyway, I guess all this brings to light is that the licensing deal with MadCatz was less to do with actually effectively distributing the instruments and more to do with Viacom selling Harmonix.
