I get that we get our expectations up and that's good in one sense, but we aren't going to win everything. We're doing great so far. And we'll get more medals. Maybe even a couple we aren't expecting will medal for us.

The painful part was losing to the US three times in one day. Hockey, curling and speed skating. That is pretty bad as all were medal round contests.

I don't mean to question a gold medallist in the sport, but if they both fall and can't complete their run, aren't their spots then determined by the Small Final? Like Short Track?

What would happen if there was a crash in the Big Final that injured two of the skiers preventing them from being able to finish the race? Has that ever happened before?

I'm assuming it would go to whoever had the better qualification run. Not 100% sure though.
