Very slowwwwwwww boring hockey.

This team needs to find their legs again, their mojo, their forecheck. Offensively their confidence is shot.

Need a spark of some sort soon. Interesting to see where it comes from. And when.

I still choose positivity. Goaltending hasn't been the weakness lately. Glad the team is slumping offensively now and not next month when it matters

Worrisome for sure, but silver lining is Flames slumping now rather than going into the playoffs. Lets hope the team is able to work out of this funk and hit their stride for the playoffs.

I feel Neal isn't travelling with the team because he's busy running multiple Calgarypuck accounts. It's odd how many posters are mentioning how we're losing cause he's not out there!

How about the Vegas Golden Knights eliminating the 2nd place flames?

Does anyone have a clip of the Bennett injury? Need to see it again to make my final judgement.

Also, this team is terrible when the games get tough.

Last night I still had hope. Tonight I'm apathetic.
Stick a fork in them, they're done.

This slump is so disheartening. I knew we were due for a slowdown, but it still really sucks ass. I guess we should be fortunate the bottom six were scoring through that 7 game streak. I firmly believe the boys will find it again, but damn this is hard to watch as diehard fans. Maybe the guys need to go do something fun and non hockey related for the weekend.

Given the team just hasn't had much going for it lately and we were on a back to back... why not play Lazar?

He'd at least work his ass off out there. It's not like Frolik has been playing well by any measure recently once again.

This team is finding new ways to not score lately. So frustrating.

To top it all off, SJ is about to take control of their destiny if they hold on vs MTL.

Haven’t got even a single bounce go our way in a while.

Hopefully, there’s lessons being learned through this.

Default Arizona shuts out Calgary

Right now, the whole team has lost it. Coaches don’t have an answer (rotating in Prout and Fantenberg when Kylington should be playing, sliding Lindholm and Tkachuk up and down endlessly with no results, special teams absolutely horrific), the goalies have been inconsistent, the forwards aren’t playing with pace and the defencemen aren’t winning battles and miscalculating their pinches all over the place. Hell, even Treliving failed to get things done at the deadline.

Everything that could be going wrong is going wrong all at once.

If they can reset and pull things back together it’ll show significant team growth year to year, because last year they couldn’t stop the snowball before it became an avalanche. They’ve won 8 of their last 17 games, and were lucky to win some of those.

They have to sort this out and elevate their game. Other teams are stepping up during the final stretch to end the season, and the Flames are coasting.

First game I turned off all season

Absolutely awful stretch of games since the ASG, but this was definitely the worst effort I've seen. Rarely any pressure, and Arizona dominated their own zone.

Most chances came from the perimeter, or the odd player trying to dangle through the defenders.

Johnny isn't a threat right now
Monahan is downright terrible
Lincoln is disinterested
Giordano is trying to do too much
Brodie is not reliable
Ryan is our best player

This team better turn it around ASAP, as the division lead will be gone before they know it.

Not looking forward to Sunday. This team is playing absolutely terribly.

This team has two modes

High Risk, High Reward Hockey (Hartley Era, Pre-ASB Peters era)
Low Risk, No Reward Hockey (Gully era, Post-ASB Peters era)
