You’d think opposing teams players must be bad mouthing Gene behind his back. In the locker room and a group text around the league. Surprised they’re not turning down the interviews.

Watching the Sabres feed is worth it for Rob Ray's colour commentary alone. Guy is a beauty.

If they are going to talk about Draisaitl's play on McDavid's line, I wish they wouldn't go praising the Oilers' depth at the C position with McDavid, Draisaitl and RNH.
Draisaitl is being used as a winger and only puts up points there. He can't carry a line on his own. They have no C depth.

Kaveman Kassian scores on s cross-ice feed from McHobo. 3-2.
It’s astonishing to me that Kassian has 11 goals.
...oh, look. Darnell Spot-Picker scores. Tie game.

It is beyond obnoxious that Drew Remenda insists on calling all Oilers players by their first names. Did he do this when he covered hames in SJ?

March 4, just one game.
What a terrible goal on Ulmark. Suddenly it is 4-3.
*EDIT* It was deflected. Not as terrible as I at first thought.

Even if they win, they're still gonna be 6 points out. They haven't been able to gain any traction in the standings for the last 3 weeks even though they've managed to somehow win a few games. They're done like dinner.

Anyone see the kid in the Oilers jersey with the mini stanley cup? Don't want to pick on a kid, but man that fanbase is delusional...

Especially bothered me when he insisted on calling Hamilton “Douglas” in their recent game against the Canes. I mean you can debate the silliness of being a grown man and going by ‘Dougie’, but that is what he goes by. It was unnecessarily disrespectful, and out of the way when everyone else in his position would refer to him as Hamilton.
