^ lol, that's pathetic. Not bad for a perennial runner-up I suppose.

In the above video, Tommy says they're looking forward to seeing what Northover Serban and Eustáquio. Guess they're back? Or at least trialing?

Simmons is a great pick up for the club. Strengthens an already deep midfield with another young Canadian talent. I know Wanderers supporters rated him heavily.

The question remains on who is going to play RB though. Seriously, who is going to play RB? Zator? Pasquotti? Ledgerwood? Zebie?

At the moment we either go with a back three or use Zator and Zebie there. Beyond that we'll probably end up with some combination of Serban/Northover/Farsi/Furlano (that's Steven Furlano from York 9 who is rumoured to be trialing for us).

I think adding Mo Farsi and Serban would round out the roster nicely. Leaving roster spots open for additions later would be wise as well.

We've got an estimate in for a bus to Edmonton. To make it feasible, we would need 55 people at $30 each. Think that would a pretty good price.

Organizing it would be a nightmare but maybe I can pass that off to someone else.

Get in touch with someone from the Junior Hockey Junkies to look into how they run the busses? They might have some good experience and knowledge that they can pass on. And, perhaps even some economies of scale if they already have deal with a bus company that can save you a bit on the rental.

I think we're going to collect deposits for the bus at our event on Saturday.

I would be down to give you a deposit, but unfortunately I can take the LRT there.

I would absolutely join on this bus trip (sounds like lots of fun!), but I have to regularly work in Edmonton anyways so I'm just gonna drive up and make a work trip out of it and expense it.

To be clear, we won't know what any of the kits look like until 6:30?

Doubt it. They wouldn't have an event starting at 9:30PM in Halifax, for instance.

Who's going to the kit launch tonight? I don't think I'll be buying a shirt yet, but I'm just so excited to talk some Cavalry FC soccer.

It's felt like the longest offseason ever for any sports team I've ever followed.
