I couldn’t watch Black Mirror after the first 3 episodes. It’s the scariest motherf***ing thing I’ve ever seen.

Dark Season 2 released and getting rave reviews. IMO easily the best show on Netflix and maybe the best show anywhere. I hate to say it but it's better than GOT and that was my all time favorite.

For whatever reason I've never been able to get past dubbing. You can give me the best produced, most amazing show in television history and as soon as I see foreign language speaking actors with dubbed over English it just looks awful and I can't immerse.

Yeah Dark is much better with the German language audio and English subtitles.

I agree, I tried it with the dubbing and the voices just didn't work, way better with subtitles.

Yup the dubbing sucks. And I'd like to find the sound guy and break his "BWOOOWWWOOOO" button.

I'm not sure I get the love for the show though, it's OK, but far from the best TV shows we are used to seeing.

Love Dark.

great news to hear that Netflix has already greenlit Season 3, which is meant to be the last season - which the show runners always planned on.

glad to have the series arc completed as the show runners had always planned on

Don't you watch Fear the Walking Dead?

Ya, but I hate watch it. And it had a few good seasons! Better than the main series. But then. Whelp.

Anyway, watching one thing doesn't invalidate my comments on another thing. It's an opinion.

I'm not sure how long it's been on Netflix but last weekend I watched "Oklahoma City" about the 1995 bombing.

IMDB has it at 7.4
Rotten Tomatoes at 96%

I was only 13 when it happened, so I didn't realize the ties to Waco, and white supremacy. I just knew McVeigh was an anti-government nutcase.

Worth checking out.

Was surprised they didn't end the documentary with Garth Brooks though.

I'm just kidding around. I just noticed you were commenting in the FTWD thread and thought it as funny.

NBC is pulling The Office from Netflix to start their own streaming service.

I’m just about done with streaming. There’s too many services, they’re all overpriced, and none of them have enough quality content on them. I’m sick of paying $15-$20/month for 1-2 shows per service. Netflix is becoming a barren wasteland. The amount of quality they’ve lost in the last year and a half is stunning.

I think the trick will be to rotate through them ever 3 months or so. It is getting a little bonkers now.

I feel like every few months Netflix takes a bunch of stuff off and then adds it back later like some kind of marketing ploy. Unless it’s just me and my memory is completely goobered up.

yeah, that's why Netflix is trying to crank out so much original broadcasting to make up for the content gap.

hopefully the fracturing leads back to an eventual reconstitution...way too many channels for too few shows...

Disney will a monster though.

For the mass consumers that will eat up anything Marvel yes but personally I don't see the appeal of animated Star Wars and mediocre Marvel shows.
