The Rose and Crown offer a bus to the game.

Alternatively you can take the train all the way to Somerset-Bridlewood and take the complimentary shuttle to Spruce Meadows on the north side of the parking lot

If by "jump on a bus" you mean "have a pint and then get on the bus" then Rose & Crown for sure. The bus is for people who are meeting up at the bar and having food and drink before the game.

Last game, was a tight turn coming from work, still got 2 pints down in 20 mins. Waitress was great about expediting the bill.

Should I buy my ticket for the game online and just show up at the Rose and Crown or do I have to buy a game ticket through them? I will have multiple
Pints.

And the bus departs at what time again? I need to leave time to find you, have a face-to-face about ticket prices, and then almost buy you a beer before balking at the cost. And then hop on the bus without patronizing the pub. That's cool, right?

In all seriousness, I look forward to buying you a beer, supporting the pub, and not saying a peep about anything except the match that awaits us! And I mean that sincerely.

Also, my appearance differs slightly from my profile picture, just to keep you guessing.

I think I have made this sufficiently awkward. See you on Saturday!

The pub doesn't sell tickets. They are just providing a place for supporters to meet pregame, and a free bus to and from the game. So yes I would buy the tickets online first.

If the stadium capacity is 6000, then my guess is they might touch 5000 for this one. Basically all of the $20-40 seats are gone, which is about 1800. About a thousand of the $60 seats. Believe it or not, about the same for the stupidly overpriced middle. All of the SRO tickets.

Pretty amazing. Pro soccer viable in Calgary? Never thought I would see the day.

Confirmed 2 busses from the Rose and Crown tomorrow. I'm also going to pitch the idea of pre-selling tickets for the busses for the Whitecaps game to ensure there are enough busses to meet demand.

I'll be the extremely good looking man in a green Adekugbe jersey. Usually I'm at the table right in front of where you walk in.

I saw a sign in front of the BPs on Southport Rd (just south of Southland), promoting a party bus for the Whitecaps game also. Maybe some other businesses are slowly coming around a bit, which is great to see.

Nothing. If you want in, you're in.

Groovy! I am still going to buy a scarf from you tomorrow anyhow, that is if you've still got some.

It's the atmosphere. I think that what is happening in the supporters section at most of the 200s is something that sports fans in this city have been craving for a long time. A venue to stand up and sing and cheer all game long in support.

Quick question guys.. sorry if this has been answered in this thread but I am at work and don't have a ton of time to go through it.

Going to the match tomorrow with the old man for a late father's day. First game for me and will be driving there.

What time is recommended for us to get there to get a parking spot and not deal with too much of a #### show? Also, I have not purchased a parking pass.

Thanks!

You just have to buy a beer for everyone in 200.
