Oh boy, Fed breaks Joker in the 12th game of set 2 and as a result, we're going to a 3rd and deciding set.

Fed has been ridiculously clutch today on serve. This has been his best performance in a while, win or lose.

I really do think it's the best rivalry of all-time. Nadal-Fed may have had greater matches, but because a lot of their matches have been on clay it's made for more mediocre matches given Nadal's dominance of the surface. But Novak-Fed consistently play high quality matches and rarely have mediocre matches.

Great win for Karen Khachanov over Joker in the final 7-5 6-4. That match against Fed yesterday took its toll, but make no mistake, Khachanov played some great tennis today.

The Russians have a trio of young guys in Khachanov, Medvedev, and Rublev (who has fallen off a little this season) that will likely be winning many titles in the future.

Nadal withdrawals from the ATP Tour Finals, such a shame could of had a chance to finally win one of them. O well, hope its a good event, Novak will finish the year #1.

I wonder if both Rafa and Nole will need to treat various "ailments" when it comes time for their Saudi Arabia exhibition match next month...

doesn't even include the half-decade of dominance by Roger leading up to those 2008 rankings. I was watching that guy win majors on a crappy tube TV in the living room, and I'm still watching him now on my tablet/phone while in bed or in the bathroom. the world around them is nearly unrecognizable after all these years, but they are as timeless as the great pyramids.
imagine Jarome Iginla at the top of the scoring race in the early 2000's, and then still in contention for the Art Ross right now. that's how ridiculous this is.

Since 2004, there have been 60 grand slams played on the mens side and 50 of them were won by either Fed, Nadal, or Djoker, and out of the 135 ATP 1000 events they have won a combined 91 events.
