Didn't the Southpark episode where Timmy and Jimmy go to Denver to join the Crips put this all to bed 16 years ago?

I have no problem just paying the money for the show. This is one of the best values for your buck as far as entertainment goes, what you get for what it costs you for the two months the show is on the air.
You are basically getting a trilogies worth of one of the best cinematic experiences of our life time.

So the director who directed Hardhome and Battle of the Bastards is directing episode 3 and 5 of this final season. A smart bet would be that a lot of the big battles and action happens in these episodes.
Are you guys prepared to see several of your heroes get swarmed by wights or impaled by white walker spears (or a worse fate to a giant or dragon), then come back?
Don't know if we are fully preparing ourselves for how dark episode 3 is going to be.
If it's going to be an 80 minute version of Hardhome at night with dragons, I'm in.

Bring it on. Last season used up the entire reserve of fake-out deaths for the remainder of the series, and then went back to the bank to borrow some more. Real and lasting consequences will be the show getting back to its roots.
