Toronto gave up picks for rentals as well (I suppose they have a decent notion they can re-sign Foligno but really, who cares). Rittich is certainly a rental unless they shed Anderson and go solely with Campbell and an extended Rittich (which seems risky).

UFA. It would be a hard sell to bring him back beyond this season.

Depending what happens in the PO's, I would expect the Leafs to take a run at one of the big name G's in free agency.

I know but prior to this season I expected they’d extend him. By shed I mean cut him loosed.
