I think if players make enough of a stink, there will be additional code of conduct rules added to address player's dialogue/behavior etc. Personally, I think the current system is woefully inadequate, first transgression should be a point penalty, second a game penalty, and third is a automatic default (i.e. do away with the warnings). This should cover things including smashing a racket, launching a ball out of the court, swearing etc. Of course, it is up to the umpires to enforce this stuff and as we all know, that's a major issue.

$$$. Nobody wants to see players defaulted. Spectators would go nuts. I've seen lots of Kyrgios matches, he was actually good today. We swears mostly at himself and the odd comment to the crowd but the Wimnbledon crowd was firmly with him today. And if he's muttering during points and between serves, Tsitsipas should say something about it, do what Nadal did today, because that's hinderance. Once Tsitsipas got the point penalty, Krygios calmed down and played out the rest of the match brilliantly.
Kyrgios hits you with a tennis ball and the crowd goes oooooh. Then you get mad and hit him 10 times, he doesn't care. Tsitsipas aimed at him a lot and he didn't care. That's his advantage.

Just looking at the match stats, Ostapenko has 52 winners but also 57 unforced errors. Maria has 23 winners to 15 unforced errors.

Let's go Frances!! Now leading two sets to one over Goffin.
Edit: Tiafoe getting a visit from the trainer prior to the start of set 4.

Goffin races out to a 3-zip lead in set 4.
Edit: Barring a complete collapse by the Belgian, we're going five sets.
Edit 2: Well, Goffin was serving for set 4 at 5-1, now it's 4-5 with Tiafoe serving

Oh man, Goatfin breaks to take set 4 6-4. Meanwhile, Sinner won the opening set 6-1 over Charlie.

Goffin really turned it on at the end. Serving at 5-5 0-30, wins 8 of the last 9 points to take the match.

Congrats to David, that was a helluva match. Feel bad for Frances, but Goffin just stepped up and snatched that match away with some high quality tennis.

Nothing like ripping a 100 MPH forehand to keep yourself alive in the tie-break. What a shot by Sinner.
