Pettersen again for me. Was better than any of the guys from Klimchuk down that attended development camp.

I asked my 5 year old son which prospect he likes the most and he picked Josh Healy. The reason he picked that today was because my wife and I are expecting our second child at the end of August so today and my son said that if it's a boy he wants to name it Josh.

If I'm going to vote for a player from this year's draft, I'm going to take the one who was ranked the highest by the actual guys making the picks.

Pospisil.

Sveningsson.

Conroy was singing his praise before summer camp. He was a point per game player in the J20 Super elite league. He got called up for 11 games in the SHL.
He's only 19 so there is plenty of time for development.

Here is a swedish article from April. Pardon the google translate

https://www.jnytt.se/article/klart-t...lamnar-hv71-2/

Quote:
Sveningsson had a score-strong season in the HV71 J20, and has also made a number of matches in SHL. Last summer he was drafted by Calgary Flames, but now it is playing on the Swedish east coast and in Oskarshamn.

- He is a young and talented offensive forward with good speed on the skates and nose for the goal. He really has all the tools that an offensive producer needs and we will ensure that he is able to further develop, "says sports director Per Kenttä to Oskarshamn's website.

From HV71's side, it is thought that it is a good solution that Filip Sveningsson ends in Oskarshamn.

"Should we have him here he has to get matches. If we hold him, the risk is high that he can not play so many matches. We have agreed that he must play senior hockey. We will keep an eye on Filip for it's a big talent, "says HV71 sports director Johan Hult to Jnytt.

I noticed him a few times at the dev camp scrimmage. There's some upside there to be a solid middle sixer
