There is currently an active battle with Canada trying to retake Sask. If you are level 5 or higher, buy a weapon and do at least 1 fight. After you fight you can use hospital to regain 50 wellness. I fought 3 times, but the first one was by far the best.
Seems you can fight for 24 hours, so the fight should end about 3am Mountain Time.

how do you use the hospital to get your health over 40? I an under 40 so I cannot fight!!

You can only use it after you fight, I think. And once per day.

I am playing it and am level 9. Even the days I fight it is only 5 mins a day so not much lost. We have fought Hungary for control of Sask.

Oh the Irony.
I came on here to tell all you great Canadians to help defend your country from invasion from the Hungarians. Now it seems the British Navy is sending me to Saskatchewan in order to fight for our Allies, the Hungarians ans secure the area against you plucky Canucks.
This game does make me laugh how the politics differ from real life and the banter that goes on.
Anyway see you on the battlefield - Then after victory, we will be partying up on my m*ther*ng boat in Alaska :P
