As an answer to the question above, I assume I am not part of the target demographic although I seem to be one of the few left that actually still enjoys SNL so maybe I should be, but that line-up is a good way to make sure I don't watch.

I was excited for SNL to return but can't stand Pete Davidson so might watch on replay and fast forward any parts he is in but that likely means missing 90% of the show.

Bad Bunny? Is Lorne Michaels just seeing how crazy he can get before NBC pulls the plug?

I've come to almost despise this show, even though I PVR every episode and pretty much delete it without hitting play. I've realized that I just cannot stand sketch comedy anymore, they might be doing it fine with the current cast etc. but I just find that form of comedy really hack and cringe.

I was a kid in 1987 when I started watching the show, right up to the mid 90s I loved it but it's just not for me anymore. Then I see Ice Spice and Bad Bunny listed which guarantees I'll not watch, f'ing garbage.

I must be in the minority but I loved the season opener. Was never a fan of Pete as a cast member but I thought he was great. Excited for the season.

I thought it was a good episode.

It had some really funny bits, which is all you can ask for

I actually thought it was a decent episode and pretty funny despite Bad Bunny being awful. The cast and special guests did a lot of the heavy lifting.
