I'd like to Stone come up next if the Flames need a body. I think he can be an asset on this team.

That was a good crowd actually, around 4000 people.

That video doesn't show the crowd that was really there. Just about 4000 people there.

Most people sit behind Irving in the corners and high in the middle of the ice. That's why you don't see many people along the boards and glass.

Nemisz - Stone - Kotalik seems to have some good chemistry

Leland Irving has given up 1 goal in his last 3 games.

More good results in the Dub tonight - Bennett with two assists, Howse with two goals and one assist, Reinhart with two goals and an assist, Holland and Ferland with singles. Such a prolific group of prospects (statistically speaking, anyways)!

Aaron Marvin also had 1 goal tonight for the SCSU Huskies

Bill Arnold has 7 G 7 A in 27 games as a freshman at Boston College

Sounds like Nemisz got a nasty elbow in the game tonight. Lashoff got a 5 minute major and a game misconduct. Here's an update from on of the Heat reporters.

Jim Playfair, on Nemisz injury: "He had a tooth go through his lip. So they're pulling the tooth out of his lip and sewing him up." #yuck

Actually, they're tied for 2nd in the North division as of tonight. Only 3 points away from Manitoba in 1st.

This 3rd spot also looks like the last playoff position in the North Division.

Stats for Flames Prospects in College:

Aaron Marvin - St. Cloud (4th year) - 29 GP 6 G 5 A
Nick Larson - Notre Dame (2nd year) - 31 GP 7 G 7 A
John Ramage - Wisconsin (2nd year) - 28 GP 1 G 9 A
Bill Arnold - Boston College (1st year) - 27 GP 7 G 7 A

I wonder if Marvin will join the Heat next year. Probably a long shot at making the team.

Marvin's big, a very good skater, excellent faceoff man, and plays with an edge - sometimes dirty judging by the two suspendable hits he dished out last year. He also happens to be the captain of the Huskies. Maybe 3rd/4th line center with several years of development. Joel Otto upside, perhaps
