We need more info that that...

Is he wearing yellow? Is he participating in line drills, or skating by himself?

I award her 3 out of 10 for those tweets.

Good to see Tanev skating, tweets seem to suggest it is upper body/core versus lower body (as some have speculated).

Like Draisaitl, I could see him getting scratched for Game 1, and we'll see him back depending on how he recovers and how he series goes.

"Looks uncomfortable" is such a nothing tweet. How would they know anything based on "feels"?

Black jersey, looks like he was on his regular pairing with Kylington during line drills:

The NHL injury report has him officially listed as "day-to-day" with a lower body injury. The "day-to-day" part is meaningless of course, because every player injured since the playoffs began is listed as "day-to-day". When it comes to the lower vs. upper body label, is there any requirement for teams to report that accurately? If not, why even bother reporting at all.

I'd be surprised if Sutter didn't go 11 and 7 in game one just to spread the minutes of the dmen out and just in case Tanev isn't at full capacity.

Raffl with the crosscheck into Tanev’s neck on the second goal in game 6 was where the injury occurred I think. Hope he’s good to go for the BOA!

Yeah a lot of Salim's content, like Francis, comes off as clickbaity or sensationalized way more than it should be.

It's not straight-up dishonesty, but it's not far off from that IMO.

Not sure, but based on this photo I'm guessing it's one of the 13/14th forwards (either Carpenter or Ruzicka). I don't believe the Flames use yellow jerseys for "injured" players:

Glad he's skating. Would be a huge loss. Hope he's not rushing things.

I’d be inclined to put Mackey in as part of the 11-7 lineup for game 1. Get his feet wet, as we’re going to need him if we go far; let him play sheltered minutes and give Tanev that much more time to recover. He’s looked more than decent in his time with the big club this year, after a stellar AHL season.
