Someone said this on another site and I think it’s a good comparison. Collins is like a Tellez who can catch. Has some holes in his swing and such but has good power and can take a walk.

Sad to hear about Buck. I hope the prognosis is truly good, and he returns sooner than later. I have to say I feel a bit bad for jumping on the antivax wagon last year. Sometimes these things are complicated and perhaps he knew something wasn't right which led to his unvaccinated decision. Who knows. Hope he recovers well.

Just also read an article that Jamie Campbell announced he has Chronic Leukemia. Man, that just as tough to hear. I remember when I was in high school and Sportsnet launched and he was this freckle faced red head kid. Hope the best for him as well.

He announced his a little while ago.

Was out here in Alberta soon after taking in some NHL games with his son. Calgary Flames treated them to the 1-0 OT loss to the Sabres. They interviewed him at the Oilers game the next night.

Twins took the 4th game of the series today vs Boston and split the series.

Sox take 2/3 from Rays

Orioles! take 2/3 from Jankees

So rare the OOT offers the Jays any kindness.

Sounds like some of the Red Sox won't be making the trip to Toronto because they remain unvaccinated. Including starting pitcher Tanner Houck who was slated to pitch in game 3. Wonder who else won't be making the trip.

Didn't even realize that some of the A's didn't come north either. Including ex Jay Kirby Snead.

^^The game is in Boston, sounded on Twitter like there was some sort of outbreak with the Sox.

This is my first time watching Kikuchi pitch. Does he get called for a lot of balks with that action of his?

no complaints with the strike zone so far today - that's a nice change

Tapia has to bunt to first here, if not for a base hit then a sacrifice.

One of my biggest pet peeves is seeing a Jay watch a 3rd strike go by with players on base. You have two strikes on you.....if it's close, swing. Arg.

yeah, and should have bunted 3-1, why take it off? It's Tapia.

Tapia has been useless. So maddening to see him take strikes.
