Confirmed. Carbon tax repeal is the reason for the gas price drop. Trudeau will put it back in and make no friends.

I welcome this price reduction. In the mean time, gas prices in Vancouver are $1.55. Won’t be making any trips there this summer.
Diesel dropped as well which is nice, and supports the carbon tax theory. Normally these two products don’t move in tandem.

Almost a free trip to Calgary if you fill up here. It’s 105.9 at costco.

I dont understand. Raising the price of carbon, and by extension fuel was the ethos of the NDP, the current Federal Government and certainly the BC Government.

So what am I missing here? They wanted to disincentivize people from using fuel by making it more expensive.

Its working. But they're complaining and now??

What kind of Matrix 'there is no spoon' nonsense am I missing here?

Lowest gas price in Calgary: 97.9
Lowest gas price in Vancouver: 145.9
Lowest gas price in Victoria: 155.9

Is it ever nice to be under a dollar.

We did our annual Golf trip into the BC interior last week.

We were able to top up the Truck tank in Crowsnest Pass and get in / out without
needing any BC petrol.

Good times...LOL
