Montreal probably knows this too, hence the big push at the beginning of the game.

Whenever I see #44 on MTL I think of Stephane Richer as in:
“Here’s Gilmour, he gets around Richer and scores!!”

Price has made some fantastic saves tonight, but Fleury has as well, including some good ones to start the game to keep things 0-0

Stone was a force and unlucky not to have a couple points at least.
ETA: That Whitecloud hit on Perry made me pretty happy.

You just know he thinks it means someone who trades sides in a fight.

Oh do I hate the knights for many, many reasons.
Both certain players and and as a general organization. But that went as expected. Despite a push at the start, Habs are just out of their depth. Small and scrappy forwards with offensive talent vs big and scrappy Vegas forwards with offensive talent. Please NYI get it done so I don’t have to turn off the Stanley cup final.
Also, Deboer is a clown among clowns. Just don’t wear a mask you idiot.

Damn did Vegas look good. MTL had some moments, but wow. What a clinic from The Knights on how to open a series.
Price needs to go Kipper '04 mode for the sole fact that it will start to discourage The Knights. Remember when Detroit couldn't buy a goal against Kipper during that series...

Montreal plays well when they roll 4 lines. They looked good in the first, then got into penalty trouble and it snowballed.
Kulak was not great defensively. He wasn't the only one sloppy in his own end. Good to see the kid get a goal, his parents were finally in the building to watch him play.
Series ain't over, they've got to get more at the Vegas net (Fleury was very sharp when he had to be).

Montreal would be lucky to score 4 goals the entire series.
