Default Almost Perfect Albums

What albums do you love, but there are one or two tracks on there which you could do without?

As mentioned in the 3 song run thread, DJ Shadow's Endtroducing is almost perfect for me... if it ended after track 11. Midnight in a Perfect World is an amazing track and the album should end there, but unfortunately has a couple more tracks tacked on.

Every single song on Thriller is perfect, apart from the schmaltzy The Girl is Mine.

Outkast - Aquemini. One #### song, and the rest are great.

It actually kills what basically would have been a two album streak, because ATLiens was pretty amazing too.

Five Days in July

I can't stand "Bad Timing" other than that song, the album screams summer road trips and campfires.

Icky Thump

Conquest can piss off.

I introduced my teenage kids to Spinal Tap last night. They thought it was hilarious though some of the lyrics were awkward with my daughter...”flesh torpedo”....

Pink Floyd - The Wall, the start of the 2nd half is bogged down with a bunch of dull, dour songs (Vera Lynn, bring the boys back home, etc.). If The Wall was cut down to a single disc, it would be flawless.

Ya man, Harmony is a gem of a pop song with amazing backing vocals.

On topic, I’m going to nominate As Far as Siam by Red Rider. It’s one of the most listenable albums you’ll hear.

Plus:

Boston - it’s as pristine today as it was in ‘76. Let Me Take You Home Tonight might be the ‘weak’ cut.

Weezer - Blue album. It's not almost perfect, it is perfect.

Black Sabbath - Paranoid

I skip Planet Caravan every time but the rest of the album is flawless.
