But if this gets up to the supreme court, it would directly conflict with Kavanaugh's opinion in the Wisconsin ballot case, which was that the federal court could not overturn the will of the state. If there was any consistency to the conservative judges' rulings, they'd overrule any lower-court federal judge trying to overturn a state court's findings, but of course there's no guarantee the judges rule consistently here.
It's been turned down. The Harris County votes will be counted

He was 44 years old and behind in the polls anyway, the things you mentioned did not help, absolutely.

But the things you mentioned are like 2 hours in the day of the orange moron. How the times have changed. Or, how far has the bar been lowered.

He-he. This’ll be fun.

His advisers are being sure to deliver only favorable polls to Trump, the Times reports, with the lower numbers being filtered out. Trump did receive some pushback when he suggested trying to win in solidly blue states like New Mexico, but not from White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows; the Times reports he responded to the idea with "chipper enthusiasm."

But hey, hopefully we only have to wait another day or two to finish this ridiculous election one way or the other. Right? Please?
Well i guess one person in Canada believes that Trump has been the best president for Blacks since Lincoln....

Like do you have any evidence of this or just a gut feeling? lol

Whats amusing/disturbing is people actually are amused by his shtick. Laught at him, sure, to laugh with him is just bizarre.

I would still shove him in front of a bus, but that video is pretty funny.

Many states already have more votes than 2016 totals...some people really think these people are coming out for Trump in record numbers? really?

The Man took the train home to his sons everyday. You don’t do that for votes.

I thought it was funny.

We are living in the Meme Generation and all hope is lost. It's better to just go with the flow as we all flush down the toilet.

Yes it could be. It all comes down to the shy Trump voter. The people who dont admit it due to being shamed or worse.

If there are none of those then the polls are right then Biden wins in a landslide. But if there are many who get to express it privately in the voting booth, Trump could win big.

Yeah, if there's one thing the last 4 years have shown us, it's that Trump supporters are the shy quiet types.

Not a great sign when your last best hope is that a large percentage of your supporters are too embarrassed to admit that they support you.

You honestly think Trump will win big? I Don’t trust the polls, but a trump big win is crazy.

It's a possibility. Depends how many quiet voters there are, the people that dont answer polls honestly.

Think small, not the big picture. Think of your office, how would people react if a co worker said they were prolife? Or a college student who wants their college open again. If the situation is toxic enough, there could be many shy Trump voters. If it's not then Biden gets to 350.

Except polls are anonymous and won't get you ostracized.

Like, I won't take a dump in front of my coworkers, but I'll do on the phone in the kitchen in the privacy of my own home.

...wait...
