Does anyone know the details of the Origin Coupon?
How long its valid for etc?
I would like to use it when the eventual expansion comes out.
What edition seems to the the most popular.
I like the idea of French, German, UK cities but for $20?

I'm not gonna lie, it's not great. The coupon is valid from the day of release until March 18th, only on select titles, which must be more than $30.
The DDE has the three city sets, and a few advantages. Double Decker buses from the UK (double capacity). German bullet train (faster passenger train). French police station (faster police cars). Also a few unique landmarks, achievements, and the like.
I can see it not being worthwhile for some people, certainly.
The Limited Edition definitely seems to be more popular, but that is pretty usual.

I've added everyone on the Titan Gorge list to my friends list. As well, I've setup the vent with 3 Sim City channels. 1 for each region and a general Sim City chat channel.

So guys, SimCity will be available to play at 10 PM Mountain on Monday. I get home from work at 11:30 PM and I will create the Titan Gorge region then.
Until then, start firing off name suggestions for the two regions!

I will try to get the Viridian Woods map set up Monday night as well, but depending on how long it takes to download and get set up on my machine, it may have to wait until Tuesday morning or maybe even Tuesday evening. I'm up for work at 5am so staying up until 12am to get the region set up is not ideal for me, but I will try my best.

CP Sim City vent info
As I mentioned before, I have a 25 slot vent for people that would like to use it. I've set this up mostly for the people that are involved with the Sim City regional organization, but it is also available for any single player gamers.
I have setup 3 channels:
- SIM CITY (general chat)
- Titan Gorge
- Viridian Woods
If you would like the vent info, please send me a PM and I'll supply you with the server information.
I have some simple rules while using the vent.
- 1. Watch your language. The occasional swear is ok, but if you come into the channel and every second word you say would make a nun blush...then don't.
- Don't be a dick. I'll kick you and ban you.
- Respect your fellow gamers.
- PLEASE have a mic and headphones that WORK and don't cause us all the yell "turn down your mic!" If you don't know how to do this, then Google is your friend.
- Feel free to listen without having to talk. Some people may not be comfortable talking, but like to listen in on the wisdom that is being spouted off by others.
- USE YOUR CP NAME IN THE VENT. So we all know who the heck you are.
- 6. Have fun!
