We had Keith do a cleaning back in 2010 and he did a great job.

He knows his stuff and is clearly passionate about what he does. I have been recommending him to friends and family.

I will be booking an appointment with him again in the near future.

Thank you to everyone for the interest in Furnace Inspection, furnace and duct cleaning and all of the kind referrals.

I must ask that people direct all inquiries and booking of appointments through the office at 403-272-0443.....always ask for Keith Last when asking for furnace and duct cleaning appointments.

Am I to understand from the first post that you're not doing this any more this season? Because if so, that's too bad.

I just got a quote from Arpi's to clean the furnace and vents at my mom's house. $249 for the furnace and first 12 vents. Plus $85 for the dryer vent. There are 30 vents (that I've found) at an additional $10 per vent. And they don't clean gas fireplaces.

So ( . . . carry the two . . . subtract by nine . . .) This is going to be a $500-600 bill!!! Is that normal?!

Hello

I can do it for $189.00 for the furnace and 10 vents.
Vents above 10 are $10.00 each
if there is either a high efficient furnace or an air conditioning coil its another $45.00

You bill would from me be 389 with GST =$409.45

This is based on the information you provided me including the additional costs of extra vents and only if the equipment is mid efficient and doesn't have air conditioning.

We had Keith in to clean our furnace in the house we just bought over the summer. Thanks for an amazing experience! It was nice to have someone educate me in what needed/should be done vs what could be done and what could wait instead of having someone try to pressure me into upgrades, unnecessary additional cleanings.
Refreshing to deal with someone that truly cares over someone just out for a quick buck!
Sorry for not introducing myself as Puxlut at the door.... sometimes it can be a little awkward.

We'll definitely be giving you a call for the next cleaning!

Good luck on all your professional and personal goals in 2013!
