Finally found a copy in the Okotoks Walmart.

Started a toon on Cerberus - EU server.

Fingers crossed...

Hit 30 yesterday and completed my Warrior quest to unlock the job. I'm looking forward to seeing the difference. Also took the time to really lay out my hud and bindings. I find the tanking either incredibly easy or an annoyance, with no real in between. If DPS decides to drop their load on the pack early or attacks the wrong mob and strips one, chasing it early in the pull, even for a few seconds, will cause healer agro. Once two mobs have agro on two other targets, there's no chance you get them both back. If DPS pays attention to target kill order markers, tanking is a joke.

I know I should just let that DPS die, but I know the healer is going to be dumping mana into him anyway to try and save him, so I always at least try to get it back.

Yeah it really can make tanking difficult when each party member doesn't pay attention or know their role. It's quite discouraging, especially when you're trying to learn how to tank because it makes you feel like you're not doing your job.

hit 50 over the weekend, tanking once you have all your skills is pretty much a breeze.

Chimera is a fun fight. Garuda and the rest of the Primals are pretty fun too. In general, I'm surprised at the level of play of most people in the game. If you put the primals into WoW at release, and you had to, while likely pugging it, pass them to continue leveling, I think people would lose their ####.

I started this game up Thanskgiving Weekend. I like the jobs since it benefits those of us who have constant "alt" itus. Being able to use cross-class abilities is great and pretty much required to make the best toons available.

I think the quests are decent enough. They send you around with some purpose unlike the constant "kill x" ones in other games. The graphics are as good as i've seen in other games.

Are other playing this? I'm on Excalibur messing around.
