You know what happens when coaches of either Ohio State or Michigan can win all their other games but lose to the other? Yeah, that's what needs to happen here.
And in the Flames case, this guy can't even win the other games...

You just know the Oilers are revved up for this one. Flames need the win to keep playoff hopes alive and the Oilers, who get up for these games anyway, have the chance to drive that dagger.
You can bet they have a gameplan. Do the Flames?

My point stands. Even if its as simple as double shifting McDavid, its still a plan the Flames have yet to find an answer to.

Ya pretty much. You just know he’s motivated to win those individual awards and he’s on fire lately. Flames better be ready or they’ll get single handedly beaten by him.
Fully expecting McDavid to play 30 minutes, this is the Oilers Stanley Cup tonight.

They don't have to double-shift him. Mostly they just stand around and watch.
Might be a good idea for the Flames to actually be AWAKE at the start of this game. Too much lolling in bed back at home?
It's not my birthday and I have a bad feeling about this game, so 3-1 Flames. 
OTOH, if they lose, the pain of this season will be pretty much over.

Feels like a sure loss... At home, must win, against the craptastic oilers.
The fact that this is what my emotions about this team have come to is sad.
I have zero faith in this coach, or to be fair, the players.

really Not seeing how GGs boring 5 man unit system is going to work against the oilers. But I mean hey it hasn’t worked 6 times yet so this’ll be the one it works!!!
I just hope the flames come out and out skate the oilers. That’s how you beat them. Oh and maybe adapt your system so that mcdavid guy doesn’t get 18 breakaways against us
