My god. Finally a Blue Jay hits a freaking breaking ball. At last.

This team has no hope for the wildcard if they can't get their crap solved, that is its starting pitching and hitting.

I was screaming at my TV for Estrada to be pulled after that second run.

I was screaming at my TV because the Blue Jays can't hit breaking balls. Only one Jay has successfully hit a breaking ball tonight.
It's utterly embarrassing.

Yes this has been painful, Jays really gonna get dominated by the A’s bullpen.
Martin is lucky Morales has been so bad because his .159 is beyond embarrasing. Seems like he gets a pass by the media because he’s Canadian.

Well, a 2nd Jay just hit a breaking ball. Probably too little, too late.

Yep.
And almost without fail, most of the SN TV media and broadcast is usually way too soft on the Jays on camera.
#### that BS Rogers, some of expect more from the Jays because the league standings say they need to be WAY better. This team has shown itself to be little more than a mediocre team, if even that.

Smoak easily could’ve busted that to 3rd but casually jogs to second, that’s the difference between losing games and winning them. Jays leaders seem to be just going though the motions the past month. Need to be sellers, the vets have been awful this year

You probably should be looking to move Donaldson now though... and yes Atlanta would be the natural spot for him.

This team is mediocre at best, if even mediocre. The starting pitching is a hot mess and most of the batters are not that good at hitting.

This team has nothing good going on at all right now.
They've undone all the good they did earlier in the season.

Been thinking about it. I think they should give JD 5/$125 million or something like that. Next year....
RF - Hernandez / Grichuk
CF - Pillar
LF - Alford / Pompey / Smith Jr.
3B - Donaldson / Guerrero
SS - Tulo / Bichette / Diaz
2B - Gurriel / Travis / Solarte
1B - Smoak
C - Martin / Jansen / Maile
DH - Mixed bag
Grichuk, Pompey and Grichuk can all fill in at CF if Pillar needs a day off
Donaldson, Guerrero, Solarte, Hernandez, Smoak can all take turns DHing
Pretty good depth at all positions, and JD's salary isn't going to be much of a problem, even in the last two years if he's dropped off.
Now, what to do with the pitching? lol
Meh, who knows...maybe the Jays FO is going to go after Machado?

I think the Jays need to sell anything that isn't bolted down right now (much of it at bargain prices due to poor performance) and build around Guerrero, Bichette, Hernandez, and Sanchez.
