13-7 would be what any normal playoff team should be at. Winning 2/3 should be the baseline to any team's goals.

I like that the whole 3rd line started the season in the A. It makes me happy.

Well the game starts i like an hour and we still don't know who is starting. I guess its gonna be Rittich. He has won his start against the Avs. Gillies gettin the Yotes game made sense as it was a second of back-to-backs and fits into our season plan with goalie rotation.

Why the 2:00 start? Is there Icecapades tonight or something?

Thats just how he wrote them down. Gaudreau will be on the left, Bennett on his right. Why risk losing the teeth on the other side of his mouth?

I actually would like to see Gaudreau on the right. He's a weapon when he can be open to the ice and a threat to shoot at the same time, which being on his off wing gives him. I feel like a lot of great Gaudreau offensive moments have come from the right side.

That's a 110pt pace. That's more of divisional winner pace

They were talking on the Fan yesterday that Bennett started on the Right and they moved Johnny to RW fairly quickly into the game. I can't say I noticed wither way. But I like Johnny on the right side, it would give him more opportunity to shoot.

Clarify: By playoffs team I mean one that belongs there, not one that scrapes in on the last game of the year.

Yep, that's my little girl who I froze to death this morning to get her into preschool this fall in 'young family central' in NW YYC. She's still adapting to life here vs the first 3 years of her life in Japan. Heck I'm adjusting to life coming back here after 7 years in Japan myself.

That vid is from her first ever Flames game (and my first in a very long time). It was against the Ducks on Jan 6 when we won with a Dougie Hamilton goal with just seconds left in the game. Way too late of a game for a 3 yr old, but she had fun.

Canadian politeness is great, but not quite on the level Japanese hospitality is.

There is no reason, Sportsnet is not showing any Olympic programming. The game should be at 2000h on SN, SN1, or SN360. Those channels will all be showing the Oilers-Kings game. This is the second consecutive Sportsnet fail, the Wednesday game was a regional game. The complaints to Sportsnet have been constant with bad planning as the main theme.
