PJ Walker a 29 year old former NFL turnover machine. Not sure this is the QB of the future.
Kind of strange a QB who took care of the ball like Dave did continues bring in QB's who love hucking passes to the other team.

I think Dave is just throwing stuff against the wall at this point and seeing what sticks. If they still have a chance to draft Kurtis Rourke, I hope they pick him regardless of bringing Walker on board. Also, if the Lions are willing to trade Vernon Adams in the off-season, the Stamps should also be in on that conversation. Everything should be on the table is what I'm saying lol

Yeah I have no issue with him bringing in a guy like Walker to see if he can adapt. He led the XFL in passing and has a winning record in the NFL as a starting QB so he's already miles ahead of Maier in ability and accomplishments. If they do draft Rourke (I'm skeptical if Dave's still the GM) he may exhaust his NFL opportunities first so the Stamps would still need a bridge QB and I'm not convinced the Lions would trade Adams to the Stamps.

As much hope and early potential Maier showed, I hope he doesnt start a game for the Stamps again. Catch on as a backup somewhere else.
Ill never forget being at the game when Bo was pullled against BC and Maier led an amazing comen back, it was even more fun because my friend had family at the game from BC.
Hope we see Walker in game 17/18.

It looked like he may have made it but you couldn’t tell by replay. They had pretty poor camera angles. Collaros would have easily got the first down if he didn’t hesitate when taking off.

I agree that the replay was never going to work and it was a Hail Mary, the spot was terrible
