According to curling rules, the non offending skip has the option of removing the stone, leaving the stone where it ended up, or placing it where they believe it would have ended up. Homan did nothing wrong, but the burning of the stone did not fundamentally affect the path of the stone and most would leave the stone as it landed (an unwritten rule, as Mike Harris alluded to).

It looks like a lot of junior curling games

The game is not well played. But, it’s interesting to watch a team as good as Canada struggle and have the commentators discuss how they should be working the ice to learn the lanes, etc.

Yikes, Homan misses the double take out for the win. Looks like a tie an extra ends now.

Canada really butchered that end. Danes didn't have to make one difficult shot for the deuce. Canada spilled most of their own rocks themselves.

Hope its not a draw for the win.

Wow, lucky break for Homan to have an open shot for her last stone

Oh my, that was not that difficult of a shot. 0-3 start, not looking good for our medal hopes in women's curling.

Homan has zero confidence it seems. She seemed unsure of that last shot which should have been easy. They are very nearly done. Ouch.

The Tongan didn't finish last in the 15km cross country ski event. He finished 114 out of 116. Came ahead of a Colombian and a Mexican. The Mexican athelete waved a big Mexican flag down the final stretch and celebrated as he crossed the finish line in last. Great spirit by the last few guys just happy to finish.
