Default October 14 with seven games.

It's a statutory holiday in Canada and the USA and that means matinee games with 4 of them being morning/matinee games in the Pacific and Mountain timezones. Happy Thanksgiving to all of you on Calgarypuck.

It’s not actually a US stat nationwide, but I know Boston is playing and they are a matinee because they observe Columbus Day there. Likely a NE thing

Pastrnak is a very good player

Game happening in Jersy where the Panthers are up 5- 4 in the 3rd, Long Island where St. is up a pair and in Ottawa where...well who cares but scoreless against the Wild in the 3rd.

Wow, Victor Rask scores a rare goal to make it 1-0 Minnesota.

Be a big deal for Minnesota if he could return to form.

Poor Devils. Up 4-1, lose 6-4. Still winless.

Is Hynes the first coach to get sacked?

Victor Olofsson is so much fun to watch on the Buffalo PP.

All 7 of his career goals are PPGs now. That's an NHL record apparently.

7th round pick from 2014.

Came over last year finally and had 63 points in 66 AHL games, plus 2G+2A in 6 NHL games. Now 5G+1A in 8 games this year.

7 goals in 12 NHL games to start his career, all on the PP.

Yep Olofsson is the real deal. We’ve been hopeful for this all summer, exciting to see him deliver!

Another great play by Olofsson to set up Reinhart, 2-0 Sabres

Devils are terrible, so many self-inflicted wounds. Subban looks slow and bad

On another note, not getting Kadri really hurt the Flames

Not you specifically, but this forum and fanbase in general continues to focus on Kadri and Zucker.

Those ships have sailed sadly.

The Capitals are suffering from an Avalanche in the first period. Colorado leads 4-0 in the first period, the four goals were scored in 5:43, and Holtby was pulled after letting in three goals on three shots!

The Oilers are playing another bottom feeder? What a buttery soft start to their schedule.

Word on the street is they have about the easiest October schedule and then possible the hardest November. Try explaining that to greaser fans though.
