Not sure if this was already discussed or not but classic response from the police chief after another person is dead.

People are so ####ing uptight now. It is a simple attempt at humour but some people need to blow everything out of proportion.

Woman says she felt sexually assaulted by water-squirting toy: ‘It peed on me!’

A woman is claiming she was sexually assaulted at a Teppanyaki restaurant in Tennessee on Monday when she was hit by a “urinating” plastic toy figurine used by the chef.

Isabelle and James Lassiter were dining at Wasabi Japanese Steakhouse when the chef used the water-squirting toy as a part of his array of tricks to entertain guests.

When the figurine’s toy pants are pulled down, water shoots out as if it was urinating.

“It was a sexual-style assault on my wife,” said James. “It shot water out of its penis.”

Anything for your 15 minutes of fame I guess.

How can I turn this innocent joke into attention for me?

Donald Trump has a legitimate chance of becoming president of the united states.

Honestly Flash I don't believe that. As much as I think that Hillary is a terrible candidate as well, at lest she's not a insane populist.

Sounds more like an attempt to cash-in on a frivolous lawsuit than anything else.

They'll end up filing a 6 figure lawsuit against the restaurant where she'll claim that she can't work because of the trauma of the event and that she's suffering from stress related headaches, an inability to concentrate and suicidal thoughts.

The fact that she called the cops instead of complaining to the restaurant kind of makes me think that they wanted it on the public record.

They clearly want more then a next meal free settlement

I guess I would want more information.

They were serving a warrant on a man who's last known address was that place? I've read too many stories like this, you'd think that it wouldn't be that hard to pull bill records from the utilities companies or there has to be other ways to verify who's there.

Was the dog loose in the front yard? Did it act aggressively like the police said, because then I can understand a police officers right to protect himself from an aggressive dog.

But overall optically this is a terrible story and I feel bad for the kids.

Looks like they had a fenced front yard so the dog was probably on the loose in the yard. As such, if the cop feels that it could become a threatening or dangerous situation he shouldn't be entering the yard.

Yeah, I think I'm more annoyed at the department for not doing a better background check on the location.

For about 9 months after I moved into my apartment, I regularly got court summons letters and several actual visits from the local constable searching for the last resident of my apartment. It took months, and me repeatedly calling the police department to explain that the woman didn't live here any longer, telling a constable in person that she didn't live here any longer, etc, for them to finally go away. It was exasperating.

But this gives me a whole different viewpoint, god only knows what would've happened if I had a larger dog instead of an 8 pound Pomeranian.
