From what I have seen, he has thrown out some things that he is hearing and is pretty transparent that it may not come through. When he stated something will happen it has come through quite often.
There are a couple people that purely speculate and have earned 100k + followers on twitter for it; I believe this guy genuinely has a source in the org.
Someone asked if we had cap space for both, his response is placing Neal on LTIR. Doubtful that’s going to happen after Tre is saying week to week and we expect him back before long. When he’s healthy you know he will be in the lineup.. so..

He's just kind of a dick in general if you creep his post history on other subs.
I still trust he has some connections, but if the Flames stand pat at the deadine I don't think too many people will believe him next time.

Doubt this rumour as written. I am sure that Brad has a potential deal setup for Mark Stone and Kevin Hayes (likely involving the same assets). Highly doubt that they can pull thr trigger on those. Having said that, if one of the two drop off the board, I am sure Brad is in a position to pull the trigger on the other. That is just good management and contingency planning.
I’ll be happy once the deadline is passed so people will stop proposing ridiculous deals. I think this will be much ado about nothing and nothing big will happen with the Flames. I think it will be the same with our pacific rivals. I am a bit surprised that neither Winnipeg or Nashville has done anything yet though.
