Well heck I didn’t realize this was you on here. Tell your wife that Grant wishes you both the best of luck. I’ll be by to check it out!

Perhaps their basements are connected via a tunnel.

That's great, must have been a lot of damn work and stressful as hell to do the franchise thing and get the doors open. Always nice to see another vegetarian/vegan option, I'll be there next week!

Thank you EVERYONE for the well wishes and support!

My wife and I read thru everything and honestly this week and lead up the Grand was nothing short of chaotic!

But we had an absolutely insane turn out today, non-stop rush 12-6PM and our lines started at 10AM!

We sincerely hope you all give us a chance and come visit, I think the food will speak for itself and the feedback from customers has been nothing short of amazing. Interestingly a huge chunk of them haven't been vegan!

Well done. I drove past in 14th late in the afternoon and it looked like the line was out the door.

It's in a really great location, too. I'll walk over on my lunch before it gets too cold! The pictures of the food on Google reviews look AMAZING.

The restaurant looks great, nice and bright, noticed the ordering stations with screens and card readers.

Next time I drop by will make sure you're still open, I was 10 mins late. : )

If anyone has visited us from CP, first of all we really appreciate it! Second of all, if you're able to leave us a Google review it would really help us out and spread the word.

Thank you all!

Your google reviews are a case study in why google reviews suck so bad for businesses. You have three bad reviews, one is a random idiot rambling about cashless pay systems ruining small businesses....while you're a small business.

And the other two are completely related to you being super busy because of the level of excitement and engagement in your restaurant opening. Those ridiculous reviews are just a part of you now. I agree with Sliver, that stuff is just so stupid.

I was going to post a 5 star to counter, but that's not right either, I'll come down and try it when I get a chance.

Google reviews are next to useless.

But far from harmless.

I saw those reviews, too, jayswin. I had the exact same thought process of 5-starring him to offset, but then also didn't like how that felt, either.

I, too, will try your restaurant and promise to leave a five-star review or no review at all.

Best of luck to you with this...I'm excited to visit!

Well I ate there over the weekend and it was excellent! It was super busy, and the staff was scrambling to get things done (which isn't a knock), but the food was good and I'll be back. I'm glad that the location isn't particularly convenient for me, because I don't need to eat out more often!

Are you able to downvote those reviews on Google?

Those people that complain about something so outside the periphery of the establishment need to have their Google accounts taken from them.
