How do I check the amount of RAM and the CPU speed on an IBM computer?

Start > right click "My Computer" > Properties > "General" tab.

Press the windows button (between ctrl and alt, looks like 4 squares) and the BREAK button (beside print screen/scroll lock) at the same time.

Does not work... although, I am not sure I should just go pressing keys because "some guy on the internet told me to do it"...

I know a good way, press F4! LOL!!!1111one.

will tell you all sorts of info about your computer.
